1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Innova Flow (“the Service”), operated by Innova Flow LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Innova Flow is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that provides:

• AI avatar and voice clone creation for marketing videos
• Automated social media content generation and publishing
• Facebook and Instagram advertising management
• AI-powered lead management and follow-up
• Marketing analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or business per account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Plans are billed weekly. Prices are in USD.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All fees (setup and recurring) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past charges.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by our AI is created for your exclusive use in marketing your business.
• You retain ownership of content generated using your likeness, voice, and business information.
• You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable advertising laws and regulations.
• We do not guarantee specific marketing results, lead counts, or revenue outcomes.
• AI-generated testimonials will be clearly identified as AI-created where required by law.

6. Social Media & Advertising

• By connecting your Facebook/Instagram accounts, you authorize us to post content and manage ads on your behalf.
• You are responsible for your ad account billing with Meta. Innova Flow does not charge for ad spend — that is billed directly by Meta.
• You must comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Community Standards.
• We are not responsible for account suspensions or policy violations by Meta.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Innova Flow to:

• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or business
• Engage in any activity that could harm our platform or other users

8. Limitation of Liability

Innova Flow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
